Cheryl J. Jackson is President and CEO of Carrnise & Company, L.L.C., a healthcare management consulting firm.  An explorer and creator at an early age, Cheryl was born with the passion to serve and to give.  Number eight of nine children, she was born and raised in      Washington,D.C., where she spent most of her time being loved, nourished and protected by her eight siblings.  Inspired by her mother to volunteer in the healthcare environment, Cheryl quickly realized healthcare management was her calling.  She started her career as an entry-level medical office assistant and worked her way up to becoming one of the Mid-Atlantic Region's top healthcare executives.  Through proven results and a commitment to serve healthcare providers in managing their offices, Cheryl was driven to create her own business, Carrnise & Company, L.L.C.

Cheryl's education and training in Healthcare Management includes, The George Washington University, Prince George's Community College, University of Phoenix, Strayer University, the American Academy of Medical Management, and many other training institutes.  She has a degree in Healthcare Management, soon to complete her second degree in Business Management and is a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter and a Certified Administrator Physician Practice Manager.  She is an active member of both the National Association of Healthcare Consultants and the American Academy of Medical Management.  Cheryl is on the advisory board at Stradford University, in Virginia and was formerly on the advisory board at Westwood College in Arlington, Virginia, and board member at Second Chance Foundation.  Her spiritual gifts are teaching and exhorter.  Cheryl enjoys traveling, prison ministry, volunteering for youth at risk, mentoring at The Arthur Ashe Educational Center, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.  On Sundays, you can find Cheryl worshiping at Bridgeway Community Church, in Columbia, Maryland.
